1. What is an Integrated Township?

  • Integrated townships are where residential, commercial complexes are built in large area of lands with all types of facilities. These facilities include schools, hospitals, shopping malls, gymnasium, health spa, etc, which would facilitate and enhance the living experience for people living in the township.

2. What is the size (in acres) for a particular project?

  • HPG, Chennai - 535acres: 240 acres of township development, 120 acres of business park and 175 acres reserved exclusively for parks and open space.

3. What are the external amenities that would be provided by Hirco?

The external amenities that would be provided at HPG Chennai is as follows:

 

  • Club houses
  • Swimming Pool; Outdoor games; Sports courts; Children’s play area
  • Fitness/ Wellness centre; Walking/ Jogging tracks; Lawns and landscaped gardens
  • Plentiful water; water treatment plant; rain water harvesting
  • Power sub-station and backup
  • Schools
  • Hospital
  • Post Office/ Courier facilities
  • Petrol/ Gas Station*
  • Banks and ATM’s
  • Digital telephone exchange*
  • Daycare centre’s*
  • Private bus services; local railway station*

4. What are the provisions and source for water & electricity? / What quantity of water would be provided?

HPG Chennai the provisions for water and electricity would be:

  • Water: There would be plentiful of water for all residents of HPG, Chennai. Rain water harvesting will also be done and there would be a separate water treatment plant.
  • Electricity: A power sub-station and backup will be present.

5. What would the mix of buildings in the township be like?

  • For HPG Chennai (Phase I) – Phase I would include a mix of elegant multi-storey towers together with a number of low-rise garden area apartments. There would be 1700(approx) beautifully designed and amenity filled apartments. (Approx would be total 23 buildings, of which 10 are LRB’s and 13 HRB’s).

6. Will Hirco help in leasing/ renting our property (if required)?

  • We have plans to help you in the renting and leasing of apartments, post possessions.

7. How will the maintenance of the buildings happen after possession?

  • The maintenance of the buildings for 18months post possession will be done by Hirco (as mentioned in the other charges details).
  • Post which the builder and the residents need to agree on when and how the co-operative would be formed; and how the co-operative would run.

8. Who is the architect for the project?

  • The architect for HPG Chennai is Hafeez Contractor.
