• Arrange for content and building insurance cover for the property
• Register and process any insurance claims
• Provide Landlord with an annual sales valuation on the investment property
• Pay all monthly bills including mortgage and contract payments
• Carry out In-house maintenance and repairs at our wholesale price
• Keep a detailed record of all correspondence and maintenance problems
• Operate a 24 hour 365 days a year emergency maintenance service

• Lease preparation and execution
